Yes. Any Voice-over Internet Protocol (VOIP) methods can be used to communicate with the firm for negotiations, case updates or legal consultation in general.

Yes. Currently, James Purba & Partners accepts payments in both Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and U.S Dollar (USD). We accept payment through bank transactions or cash.
Partially. Due to the resources and manpower needed for every new case, our firm usually charges a portion of the agreed fee upfront while the remaining fee can be negotiated to be paid in installments, or in other methods of payment the client might desire.
